Location: White Bear Lake, MN
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 working days / 720 hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide clear information on repair procedures and policies.
  • Repair Order Management: Create, book, and close repair orders; update customers and insurance companies on vehicle status.
  • Payment Processing: Compute and record transaction totals; process payments from customers and insurance carriers.
  • Scheduling: Make appointment reminder calls and manage calendars.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for body shop records and correspondence.
  • Accounts Receivable: Identify open accounts and assist with collections.
  • Fleet Tracking: Monitor daily rental/loaner vehicle inventory and maintain accurate records.
  • Compliance Tracking: Ensure staff meets certification requirements and maintain credential records.
  • Additional Duties: Support body shop manager with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office experience (automotive industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
